With our FinView Access app, managing your balance is easy. Here’s what to do:
🔍 Find your case owner code in any message we've sent you.
💻 Enter your code into FinView to access your account.
⚖️ Check your balance, explore payment options, and set up a plan that works for you. No pressure, we are here to support you every step of the way.
Getting access to your account with our FinView app is easy. Follow the below steps and take control on your account.
🧩 Access FinView. Either from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or access via our online link.
🔒 Click to register. On the FinView homepage, tap 'Register' to create an account. ( or 'Log in' if you already have one )
📧 Enter your case number. Use the case owner number in our communications, enter it, and click 'Next'.
📨 Enter your Email. Use the email address that we used to communicate to you. Click 'Next'. If you enter in a different Email, you will need to verify that.
📲 Get your security code. Enter your mobile number for additional security, and we'll send you a 6-digit verification code (also known as a 2 Factor Authentication code)
🤙 Finish the process. Enter the 6-digit code you received. This step ensures maximum security each time you log in. You are now in FinView.

If you're unable to make a payment this month, don't worry! We understand that financial situations can change.
Using our FinView app, you can snooze a payment to give yourself some breathing room. Just log in and select the "Snooze Payment" option.
This feature is designed to help you manage your finances without stress.
You will need to set up a plan or payment using your FinView account. We’ve already set up an account for you. Just log in with the case owner code we sent you, which you can find in any of our messages. Once logged in, you can choose from these payment options:
💳 Pay in full now - Settle the whole balance today.
📆 Schedule now, pay in full later - Make a full payment up to 30 days later.
🗓 Set up a suggested payment plan - Split your balance into manageable monthly payments.
📱 Submit your own payment amount - Propose a payment amount and set up a plan. You can pay via direct debit or any major debit card.
