How do I make a compliant?
We're sorry you feel the need to raise a complaint. However, we always aim to provide the highest quality service. So if we’ve got something wrong or we could have done better, we want to put things right. So that we can look into this for you, just complete our complaints form or contact us via email at uk@debtco.io.
Our complaints process is as follows:
📨 We receive your complaint - our team receives your complaint which we try to respond to as soon as possible.
👍🏼 Acknowledge - a member of our team will get back to acknowledge that we have received your complaint.
🔍 Investigation - we will investigate your complaint which can take up to 8 weeks for us to thoroughly investigate. We do try to resolve this sooner of course.
✅ Decision - Once we have fully investigated, we will provide you with an email (or letter) outlining our decision and how we came to make it.
Should you not receive a decision after the 8 weeks, we will let you know, providing options on how you can take this further.
