What is your fee?

Every debt collection case is different. After you have sent the details of the case to us, one of our online debt collection specialists will have contact with you to better understand the situation.

With that said, we tend to charge a collections fee of 20% on a no win no fee basis.

What payment solutions do you offer for the person owing the money?

All cases will have access to our FinView app. This means they can make a one off payment for the full amount, create a payment plan or raise a question / file a dispute.

 

Why do you offer the possibilty of a payment plan?

We cannot assume that every person or company has the money to pay you in one go. We therefore provide a service that enables the debtor to resolve their financial situation via a payment plan.

Be advised, we take care of everything when the plan is setup. From sending reminders to accepting payments. You do not need to do anything.

How do I get paid?

When we receive, we transfer this amount minus our fee directly to your bank account.
