How it all began
At DebtCo, we’ve seen firsthand how outdated debt collection systems cause inefficiencies, fail to support vulnerable customers, and leave people feeling powerless with rigid repayment plans. We knew this had to change. Five years ago, Cheryl, Dylan, and Darren founded DebtCo with a simple goal: transform the industry by combining customer-centricity with machine learning. By digitising and automating collections, we empower businesses to help their clients achieve financial wellness. So far, we’re on track to building something truly amazing.
